Happy February, everyone! Whew. January is already over. I still feel like yesterday was New Year's Eve. Right, time goes so freaking fast you don't even realize it. Crap. What am I gonna do with my life?
So, I have good news and bad news. I think I'm telling bad news first.
So, guys, Bloody Romance had been read by the publisher and.....it was denied. Crap. Oh well. But at least they gave good advice to me, which encouraged me to write more! Yes, I was led down, but now I'm back again as Ardhelia Triaratana, the writer, NOT the loser.
So here's the good news.
I'M WRITING A NEW NOVEL (AGAIN)!
I know, I've written lots of novels, but I think this one is special. This time I'm out of my comfort zone. I usually write about fantasy and magic, but now I'm writing a thriller-romance novel! I've read some good book recommendations, and they teach me lots of lessons to improve my writing!
I'm gonna tell you a bit about this new novel. I really want this to get published, because I myself think this is the best one I can write when I'm out of the comfort zone. Usually I got stuck, but now my hands almost move by their own. So, there are 2 main characters: Stella, a popular girl in her school, and Lena, a beautiful and full of potential girl but too shy to let it out. If you already know about Tamer, so you must know Lena. Yeah, this novel is the prequel of Lena Peyton series, the upcoming 12 book serial! The title of the novel is Day and Night.
The setting is in Jakarta, Indonesia, which is really unusual for me. Usually I use another worlds or USA or Britain as the setting, but this time it's in Indonesia. Hey, I wanna improve, 'k?
I think that's all about my new novel. I still can't spoil the story here haha. So my advice to you guys who wanna be writers is: don't give up. to become successful you have to rise and fall many times. the falls hurt, but they always give you lessons to make you better. remember that.
