Ardhelia's Daily Dose: ANNA #2

As usual, school was boring. Cassy did make new friends, but they all had one thing in common: they liked Anna better than her. Sure, Anna was nice and everything, but what about Cassy herself? It wasn't like she was ugly or fat, heck, she had lost 10 pounds during the last summer vacation! So, hello... Cassy existed! Sometimes she felt really desperate she just wanted to throw Anna off a cliff. From then let's see if she was still beautiful.
Thank God she didn't have to be with Anna all the time. At P.E., since that Barbie girl wasn't there, Cassy managed to get all the attention, especially since she was so good at sports. Everyone depended on her, and she totally loved that. Finally she felt more worthy than anyone else.
After school Cassy was walking down the halls, scanning the people there, and she spotted Anna, standing in front of her deep-blue painted locker. Immediately Cassy approached her. "Hey, Anna. What're you doing?"
Anna turned and smiled. "Oh, just reading my schedule. I was invited to Grace's pool party this Friday. Did you?"
Cassy's eyebrow twitched. Even though she was popular, she didn't even get to know Grace Dickson, a senior who was the Queen Bee at their school. Grace only wanted to get in touch with people she described as "cool", and sadly, Anna was one of them. Of course she was invited, Cassy thought.
"Cass?"
She smiled. "O-Oh. Yeah, of course. She invited me herself."
"Great! Then we can go together!" Anna beamed. "I was afraid at first that you weren't invited, but, who doesn't know Cassy?"
Grace. Grace doesn't know me, Ann.
After a slightly long pause, Anna patted Cassy's shoulder. "Well, I'm going home now. See you tomorrow."
Cassy watched Anna's figure as she became smaller and smaller and disappeared. Finally, she leaned to Anna's locker and sighed. She just lied to her friend and promised to go with her to a senior's party. But Cassy didn't have the invitation. How can she get in?
I have to do something, she thought.

Happy Birthday, Nathalia's Father!

On January 13th, my friend Nathalie ordered a birthday card for her father. And his birthday is today, so I wanna say happy birthday! Hope you have a new year full of happiness and blessings, and I hope you like the birthday card.

Just in case you're curious, I'm posting the card's picture here.

List of materials:
Bow-tie glitter paper
CARD paper, full of pics to be turned to stickers
A red card written in birthday theme
Glue, scissors, foam tape, cutter

Since she asked me for a card which cost under 50.000 IDR, or $4.99, I had no choice but to make it as affordable as possible yet stunning. And she loved it. Great. This is a great start for my Creative House.
If you want to order, whether it's scrapbook, card (this is my speciality), album, or anything else handmade, just contact: ardhelia97.86@gmail.com or atcreativehouse@gmail.com . I reply fast for both.

Thank you and have a nice Saturday

Ardhelia's Daily Dose: ANNA #1

It was just a typical Monday. Everybody was wearing the white-and-blue school uniform, talking to each other about their summer vacation. Mustangs and BMWs filled the parking lawn, making some bikers park on the muddy area. It was always like this. Popular students ruled the school, while the less-popular ones had to accept their nasty fates without ever being able to flip the table.
Cassy rolled her bright-blond hair with a manicured finger, her eyes darting from one side to another. She was clearly impatient, standing with other students she referred as dorks and fully exposed to the sun. It wasn't that she hated sunlight, but her tan was already perfect, and she didn't want to ruin it.
"Cass? Hey!" When that familiar voice ringed through her ears, Cassy instantly looked to the small figure not far from her, getting bigger and bigger as she got closer. Here she was, the girl who made Cassy wait. Her long black hair fell in the way it should, her green eyes getting brighter thanks to the sun, and her skin glowed, almost like a vampire in Cassy's favorite novel. "Sorry for making you wait so long", she apologized.
"Gee, Anna, what took you so long? I almost died here!" Cassy complained. Anna just gave her an apologetic smile, then she grabbed her hand. Even though the black-haired girl's nails weren't colored like Cassy's, they just looked...flawless. No, not just her nails and hair. Anna herself was flawless. She never got bad grades, good in sports, and friendly to everyone. Sometimes Cassy saw Anna with the jocks, and it also wasn't rare to see her with those annoying computer dorks.
"Sorry, Cass. Shall we go in? It's almost time."
Cassy nodded, and both of them walked into the school building. The bell rang exactly three seconds after that.
Deep inside her heart, Cassy knew that her junior year wasn't going to be just ordinary.

Album Creation #1

Hello guys... I'm still sad that winter break is over, but this means a fresh start for me! Ok, so, after months of delayed works, I decided to continue my album project. I wanted to create an album for my friends, titled Chrysalis : The Transformation. Yep. So far, I had finished 4 pages, but it's still there, in my room, waiting for the next progress...

Anyway, besides Chrysalis album, I also created my own whatever-the-content-is album. I put my pictures when I traveled to Belitung with my family last December. 2 pages finished and still counting... So here are the photos.

You all know that I'm not just a scrapbooker/cardmaker/album maker, but I'm also a training writer. Starting next post, I'm going to put a continuous story. I'm putting it in the Daily Dose section. Who knows if it turns up to be a novel in the end? Haha let's see that.

That's all for now, guys. Again, thank you for reading my blog. Have a nice day!

New Year, New Creation

First of all, happy new year 2014 folks! It's nice to see you again in this new page of life. So, lately, I've been developing a hobby of scrapbooking, cardmaking, anything that involves crafting. And I've made some samples, whether it's for display only or for my family and friends. So, starting today, I'm gonna post some tutorial about making cards and scrapbooks. But don't worry, I still publish updated news about my novel. Heheheh.

OK, so here we go. Tomorrow is my first big brother's birthday, and I wanna make it special. So I made a birthday card for him. Here is the picture.
Apparatus:
half of stripes scrapbook paper
1 yard of blue ribbon
my own stamp collection
block letters
happy birthday stamp
camera bronze charm
transparent star paper
small white ribbon
tag ( I made it myself)

*if you want complete tutorial, ask me through instagram: @ardheliatriaratana. I will explain with all my power haha*

That's all for this new year post. I hope you all have a wonderful year.
Oh, and if you want to order cards, scrapbooks, etc. from me, just contact:
